Terms of Use
Last updated: July 13, 2026
By using EquityDue (equitydue.com), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Informational purpose only — not advice
All content on this site — calculators, data tables, and guides — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not tax advice, legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice, and it does not create any professional-client relationship. Tax outcomes depend on facts specific to each person; consult a qualified tax professional (such as a CPA, enrolled agent, or tax attorney) before acting on anything you read here.
Accuracy and currency of information
We work from primary sources and date our tables, but tax law changes and mistakes are possible. EquityDue does not promise that any content is accurate, complete, or current, and calculator outputs are estimates, not filings-ready figures. Where a calculator or table conflicts with current IRS or state guidance, the official guidance controls.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to, and embed content from this site as described below. You may not scrape the site to republish its data tables as your own, misrepresent the origin of its content, use it in a way that disrupts the service, or frame it in a manner that removes required attribution.
Embedding
Calculator pages offer an embeddable view intended for use in articles, blogs, and internal documentation. Embeds must retain the attribution bar linking back to the original page on equitydue.com. The embed code shown on each tool page is the supported method.
Intellectual property
The site's original text, code, design, and compiled tables are the property of EquityDue. Underlying facts — tax rates and statutory thresholds — are public information; the selection, verification, and presentation here are ours. Brief quotation with attribution and a link is welcome.
Third-party links
Links to external sites, including IRS and state revenue department pages, are provided for reference. EquityDue is not responsible for their content or availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EquityDue and its operator are not liable for any damages arising from use of this site, including decisions made in reliance on its calculators or data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.
Changes
These terms may be revised; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
